Refund policy
Credits pay for films. Here's when they come back, and when your money does.
Automatic
- A film that fails gets its credit back automatically, with nothing to ask for. A failed free film gives you your free film back.
- Cancel a film while it's still in line and its credit comes back too.
Unused credits
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, back to the card you paid with.
Delivered films
Films delivered as described aren't refundable.
How to ask
Write to the support address on your receipt, with the email you sign in with. The terms cover the rest.
